Turn a podcast episode into a blog article

Quick answer: the Podcast to Blog Converter is designed to restructure an episode transcript into a readable article - a title, an introduction, headed sections, key points and a conclusion - not paste the transcript in as-is. Conversion is a preview today; the Transcript and Subtitles modes below, sharing this same page, are live and work now.

Blog Article is a preview

Restructures the transcript into a readable article outline, not a raw paste of the text. This mode has no working backend yet, so nothing is generated or uploaded when you select it - it will switch on here the moment it ships.

What the article structure will look like

A static preview of the planned output - not generated from your file. Placeholder text only.

What [Guest] Taught Us About [Topic]

Introduction - two or three sentences setting up why the episode matters.

First key point (heading)

A paragraph drawn from that part of the conversation.

Second key point (heading)

A paragraph drawn from that part of the conversation.

Conclusion

A closing thought and, where relevant, a link back to the episode.

Restructured, not automatically accurate

Reorganizing a transcript into an article is a genuinely different job from summarizing it or pasting it - it means writing headings, deciding what belongs in which section, and smoothing spoken language into readable prose. It is also a job where a wrong name, a misheard number, an incorrectly attributed quotation, or a garbled technical term can slip through unnoticed in a way it would not in the original audio. Before publishing anything generated here, check every name, date, quotation, statistic and technical claim against the transcript. This tool will not describe its output as automatically accurate or publication-ready, because it will not be either.

What this tool does

Once live, it will read an episode transcript and draft a structured article - title, introduction, headings, key points, conclusion.

Accepted input

An uploaded audio or video file up to 500 MB - conversion will run on the transcript produced from it.

Expected output

An editable draft article, meant to be fact-checked and rewritten where needed, not published as generated.

How to use it, once it ships

1

Upload

Add your episode's audio or video file to the workbench above.

2

Select Blog Article

Choose Blog Article as the output goal and press Analyze My Podcast.

3

Fact-check and publish

Verify names, numbers and quotes against the transcript, then edit and publish.

A realistic example

A 40-minute expert interview about a niche topic might draft into a five-section article: an introduction framing why the guest's perspective matters, three headed sections each covering one thread of the conversation, and a conclusion - each section needing a quick pass to confirm the guest's title, any statistics mentioned, and the spelling of any technical terms.

Common use cases

Podcasters

A companion blog post for each new episode without writing from scratch.

Marketing teams

SEO-friendly written content built from a conversation that already happened.

Coaches & educators

A written version of a recorded lesson for students who prefer reading.

Agencies

A draft starting point a client's writer can polish rather than start cold.

Limitations

  • Not available to run yet - this page shows the intended structure only.
  • Never automatically accurate - every fact needs a human check before publishing.
  • Article quality depends on transcript quality, the same as any text built from it.

Privacy and retention

  • Files uploaded for Transcript or Subtitles today are held only long enough to transcribe them, then removed by routine cleanup.
  • Nothing is uploaded for blog conversion specifically, since that mode does not yet exist.
  • Only process content you own or have permission to use.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Podcast to Blog Converter available to use right now?

Not yet. Blog conversion is shown as a preview; selecting Blog Article will not process your file. Transcript and Subtitles, on the same page, are live today.

Will it just paste the transcript as a blog post?

No, and it should not - a raw transcript reads like a transcript, not an article. The plan is to reorganize the material into a title, an introduction, headed sections, and a conclusion, the way a person would write it up rather than transcribe it.

Will the article be ready to publish as-is?

No. Treat it as a structured first draft. Names, dates, quotations, statistics and any technical claim need checking against the transcript before publishing - no automated tool can guarantee those are correct.

Can I edit the generated article?

That is the plan - the output is meant to be a starting point you edit, not a final, publish-ready post.

Where does the article come from?

The same transcript Transcript mode already produces - blog conversion is planned to run on that text, not on the raw audio directly.

Does blog conversion work on my file today?

No. Only Transcript and Subtitles are connected to a working backend. Upload a file to get a timestamped transcript now; blog conversion will use that same transcript once it ships.
