How it works

Each statistic is a value, a label, and an optional prefix and suffix, set in the builder as v1, l1, p1 and s1 up to v4. Values keep the decimal places you type, so 4.9 stays 4.9 and 98.50 stays 98.50, and they are formatted with the locale's digit grouping, so 1200 shows as 1,200. The count-up starts the first time at least 30% of the band is visible on screen, detected with IntersectionObserver, and runs for 1.4 seconds on an ease-out curve that slows near the end; it never repeats. If the visitor's system asks for reduced motion, or the browser lacks IntersectionObserver, the final numbers appear immediately. Animated digits are hidden from screen readers, which read the final value and label instead, so nobody hears a stream of changing numbers. Four statistics sit in one row on wide frames and in a 2 x 2 grid below 520 pixels.

Limitations

  • Numbers are fixed in the embed code; the band does not pull live data.
  • At most four statistics, each a plain number - ranges such as 24/7 or text values cannot count up.

Questions

How do I set my own numbers?

In the builder or embed code, give v1 to v4 as numbers with l1 to l4 as labels, and optional p1-p4 prefixes and s1-s4 suffixes - for example v1=1200, l1=Happy customers, s1=+ shows 1,200+.

Does the animation replay when I scroll back?

No. It runs once per page view, the first time the band is at least 30% visible, and then the numbers stay put.

What about visitors who dislike motion?

When the operating system's reduce-motion setting is on, the final numbers are shown immediately with no counting.

Can I show decimals or ratings?

Yes. The widget keeps the decimals you type, up to 4: 4.9 with the suffix /5 shows 4.9/5, and 99.95 with % shows 99.95%.

What if I set fewer than four stats?

The band uses as many columns as there are stats, so two stats sit side by side and three or four fold into two columns on narrow screens.
